Please note that all transactions are conducted according to our conditions of sale and incorporated by consent by way of your kind purchase order.

We do not supply items for personal enquiries and request a minimum order value exceeding €150.

We regret that we cannot accept payment by way of Credit Card, Debit Card or similar.

All transactions are conducted under the jurisdiction of English Law.

Product Guarantee

We continually work with our suppliers to improve the quality of materials, fittings and workmanship used in the production of our merchandise.

If any of our goods do not meet with your satisfaction or have failed in normal use we would ask you to return those goods for our inspection and full credit is generally offered.

We will use our best endeavers to retain your confidentiality regarding all information given to us and any information received will not be revealed to any third party without your authority to do so except in the case where our business dealings dictate otherwise.

GH Stafford and Son shall be under no liability, warranty, condition, and or guarantee whatsoever howsoever arising from loss of business, goodwill, profits or similar loss arising out of connection with this website. The sellers liability accepts that in respect of death or personal injury for any one claim or total of all claims arising from one act or default will not exceed Contract Price.
